I'm a fan of music, artists, and entertainment. I turned my obsession with fandoms and communication into a job, and now I want to help artists transcend musical barriers and connect with their fans as all-around entertainers.
BUT JESS, WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS?
As a product of the digital age, I grew up immersed in the world of pop music, listening to icons like Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, and One Direction. I was intrigued by the fans obsessions with some artists while others struggled to become sucessfull.
I joined fandoms to witnessed firsthand how the power of online communities to unite fans from all corners of the globe in support of their favorite artists. These groups were self-organizing and often operated independently, sharing strategies and tactics to promote the success of the artist they championed. It was just mindblowing.
Nowadays Asian artists have revolutionized fan engagement and our artists are struggling to keep up. That's why I'm eager to study and develop cutting-edge strategies that will help our artists connect with their fans and elevate their engagement to new heights.
My ultimate goal is to reignite the world's obsession with our artists and with our entertainment industry.

I want to help artists by crafting and administering their image and persona. My responsibilities encompass supervising their concepts, ideas, and content, while also devising strategies for their diverse channels and fan involvement. Whether they require a presence on traditional television or a more modern variety show on the internet's most popular video platform, my objective is to transform artists into versatile entertainers capable of captivating audiences through their charisma, music, and creative output.
Right now I am open to exploring opportunities in all aspects of music marketing, I'm excited to me bring my skills and expertise to the table and dive into any relevant projects or roles. I'm excited to network with professionals in the industry, expand my connections and gain more insight into the music industry.
